Do you access private accounts?
No. We only collect data from public Instagram profiles.
How fresh is the data?
Exports and enrichment collect public data when you run them, so each result is a recent snapshot rather than an old archive. Result files are kept for 30 days.
Can I watch accounts over time?
Yes. Schedule a followers, following, likers or commenters export to run hourly, daily, weekly or monthly, and each run is saved as its own result. Plans include 5 schedules on Starter, 20 on Pro and 100 on Business, and the shortest interval depends on the plan.
Can I send results to our security tools?
Yes, on Pro and up. Webhooks tell your systems when an extraction finishes, with a link to the file, and the developer API lets you start exports and enrichment from your own code.
Can I export for reports?
Yes. Download any result as CSV, Excel or JSON at no cost.
