Pricing questions
What is a credit?
Credits are how you pay for data, and every action has a fixed price. Unlocking a profile costs 200 credits, its email adds 200 and its phone adds 600. A follower export costs 1 credit per account. Paid plans come with a fresh batch of credits every month.
What's free?
Signing up, planning a search with IG Leads Guru, and every export and download. In Records (early access), searches, counts and filters are free too. You spend credits only on the profiles, contacts and extractions you ask for.
When are emails and phones charged?
Only when we find them. When you unlock, we hold the most it could cost (200 credits for an email, 600 for a phone) and charge only for what we found. The rest goes straight back to your balance. Undelivered extraction results are refunded too.
Do unused credits roll over?
Yes. Unused plan credits carry over when your plan renews, so a quiet month is not wasted.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Credits from packs never expire. Your plan credits are used first, and packs are available on any paid plan.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. You can change or cancel your plan anytime from your account.
How much does yearly billing save?
Up to 21% compared with paying monthly. You pay once a year and still get your credits every month.
I had coins. What happened to them?
When we moved to credits, every coin became 1 credit and your balance carried over. There is nothing you need to do.
What is Records early access?
Records Search lets you browse our index of 100M+ Instagram accounts with free counts and filters, then unlock only the profiles you want. It is rolling out by invitation. Accounts in the beta get 5 free previews a day, even on the Free plan.
Is there an API?
Yes, on Pro and up. Use the developer API and webhooks to send results to your own tools. The docs are in the app once you sign in.
